The Neepawa Natives picked up an impressive come from behind victory in Selkirk on Sunday, Nov. 22, defeating the Steelers 5-4.
Fatal rollover near Hwy 1

On Nov. 20, 2015 at approximately 11:30 pm, Blue Hills RCMP were called to a single vehicle rollover on PR 351 near Hwy 1.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a pick up truck lying on its side in the ditch. A 23-year-old male from Brandon, Mb was pronounced deceased at the scene. It is unknown at this time what caused the collision.
The name of the deceased will not be released. The investigation is ongoing.

Farmers, DU at odds over Big Grass Marsh flooding

Sometime in late September or early October, an illegal trench was dug at Big Grass Marsh north of Gladstone. The trench was dug around the control structure that keeps the marsh from draining.
