Sopuck visits Tigers hockey team

Late last week, Robert Sopuck, MP for Dauphin-Swan River-Marquette, presented MP certificates to the members of the Neepawa Tigers high school hockey team. Sopuck encourages the players to continue to play hockey and to focus on their education.
The Tigers won the Westman High School Hockey League championship in March. The club also won their third consecutive provincial A/AA high school hockey title that month as well.

Bohn hits hole in one

Neepawa resident Merv Bohn hit a hole-in-one while golfing on Thursday at the Neepawa Golf and Country Club.
The hole-in-one happened on hole No. 12 and Bohn used a pitching wedge.
