Two loud and fast thumbs up for the Yellowhead Roadrunners Auto Club! I was very new to the car scene when I joined the club, I was immediately welcomed and made part of the family. I've been away from Neepawa for three years, but I still get texts and updates regularly; I'm grateful to still be included.

NACI competes at baseball/fast pitch provincials

The Neepawa Area Collegiate Institute (NACI) Tigers baseball and fast pitch teams each competed in its respective provincial championship tournament this past weekend. The boys team travelled to Winkler, while the girls squad played in Morden.

Volunteers needed for Canada Day

Organizers of Neepawa’s Canada Day celebrations are hoping a few more people will come forward to ensure that this year’s event is one to remember. On Wednesday, June 1, the town’s Leisure Services manager Amanda Novak, along with representatives from several different community groups, met to go over the preliminary details for the day, which is set for July 1 at Riverbend Park.
